The Competition
This competition is designed to simulate a comprehensive legal process, allowing participants to hone their interviewing, research, negotiation and advocacy skills.

Client Interview Round
Tuesday, 19 August 2025
6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
The round involves client consultation, emphasising skills such as questioning, interviewing, issue identification and building client rapport.

Negotiation Round
Tuesday, 26 August 2025 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Involves discussing their clients' dispute and negotiate in good faith for a mutually beneficial resolution, prioritising strategy to avoid court.

Moot Court – Semi-Final & Grand Final
Saturday, 6 September 2025
Semi-Final: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Grand Final: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
This round simulate a trial, examining a non-competitive witness, developing a case theory based on the witness testimony and presenting it to the judge.
